Procedure:
The compact and, above all, large pieces of paper to be shredded must be conveyed into the chute in the correct dosage using a conveyor belt. The rotor tears the material into pressable material and throws it into the ejection hopper, which is open at the bottom and is conveniently located above the conveyor belt leading to the press. The feed belt to the pulper is controlled depending on the rotor loads and thereby partially compensates for uneven overfilling.
Description of the machine:
The paper pulper is made of heavy sheet steel construction. The rotor is mounted according to the loads and connected to the electric motor by a highly elastic torsion coupling. The impact edges of the rotor have welded impact edges with wear-resistant Verdur. The electrical control is located in a housing on a stand for placement next to the machine.
